We pride ourselves on selling the best quality products, brands and directing you to trades people that deliver great service. So if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to fix the problem. What we can’t do is exchange or refund for custom made products, cut to size items or tinted paints or stains. Ordered in products require a 50% down payment.
All information is to be used as a guide only. And you should always seek local professional advice on your project.
A test patch should be carried out first. Our paints need to be stirred for about 15min before use and while in use. The right thinners for your product should be used, any miss use will not be covered. Please read and follow all instrustion on the labels and safety directions. Due to our high turn over our stock levels may vary and a delay may occur so please order in a timely manner or delivery many take longer than stated. We do our best to have your items sent ASAP. Prices on site and advertising may vary with current price, please call and comfirm pricing.
Anyone acting on the information on this website or from our staff does so at their own risk. It is up to the buyer to follow the manufacturers guidelines at all times when using their products and follow all safety guidelines they state on their product labels and websites. Get the correct safety data sheets from their websites, please take no shorts cuts as preparation is the key to great results.
These are the general standards at all working marinas and slipways in Australia….When asking for use of our area and serices you agree to the following terms……
Working on, removal of your boat and storage of your boat in our work area is done at your own risk. While we take out your boat from the water we have no knowledge of what condition your hull is in or boat. So removal from the water is the owner risk and will not be covered by us. If you have any doubts you should have it inspected before hand. When working on your boat in our area it is done so at your own risk and you should make sure you do so safely, meet all Australian guide lines and standards and have your own insurance to cover you and others. Any help provided by us in the set up, removal or storage of your boat is all taken at your risk. You must follow all safety guides while working in our area, eg use correct equipment for the job, know how to use it safely and make sure your boat is set up safely. Clean up at the end of day and make sure the area is always clean and safe. Work over 2m requires special safety equipment.
Other terms you agree to when using our area, if we have after your use, during your use do the the following and other charges that may apply.

* are not truthful and frank in any statement you make in a claim or in connection with a claim * make admissions, settle or attempt to settle or defend any claims without our agreement. Only we have the right to make admissions, settle claims and defend you* do not maintain your boat in good order and repair. This means your boat must be – structurally sound – free from unrepaired damage – free of rot, dry rot, cracking, blistering, rust and corrosion- capable of making a safe return from a journey on water * do not make sure any mooring your boat is attached to is in good order and repair. This means the mooring must be well maintained serviced on at least an annual basis. Any damaged caused to our moorings ou we be liable for repairs. YOU MUST MAINTAIN INSURANCE COVER FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSE BY YOUR BOAT OR YOU TO OTHERS.
Slipway for trailer boats and removal for works you agree to the following when using our area.
You should make sure your boat is covered for stolen, damage or anything else that may happen as our area is open to the public. Also, that you are covered for any injury caused by your boat to anyone. Use of boat slipway for ramp users is at owners risk, you should make sure your insurance covers this. And that your fees are paid in full by the 1st of October. By paying your fees you agree to all terms and conditions. You are required to keep the ramp locked at all times or you will be asked to leave and no refund given. Also, we may cancel your usage at anytime with a refund. Fees for slipway, services, mooring etc may change at any time. Any costs for qouted prices may change, but we will do our best to inform you first, a 50% disposit is a requiremnt for works to be carried out or for ordering parts.
Your mooring fees need to be paid in full with in 2 weeks of being due. Fees are yearly only or it will be offered to new members if fees aren’t paid. Make sure you correctly secure your boat, pump it out and keep it clean, tidy and in a well maintained condition or you maybe ask to leave and no refund will be given. Any damage your boat causes our mooring we will charge you for materials, time and labour to fix. If you have a problem you should report this to us in writing ASAP. You are required to keep you area clean at all times. If the council or any other body takes work in the creek or needs to work in your area then you have to remove your boat. No refunds are given as maintenance work will need to be carried out from time to time. You maybe asked to move your boat so we can carry out repairs to your mooring, you will have to find your own storage for this time at your cost.
We please ask that you help us in keeping our fees low by buying your marine and house products from us, thank you for your support for more than 80 years.
Delivery of goods, is done so at the buyers risk, and any damage done by delivery method is up to the buyer to chase up with the delivery company. Unless you ask for insurance coverage on the goods it will not be taken out. Any loss caused by damage is between you and the delivery company.
Problems with any product, we will direct you to the maker for follow up. If you order the wrong color in paint, we will do our best to fix it for you, but no refund will be given. Other items will depend on our suppliers in how they are covered.
Paint prices on website are a guide only, please ring for the lastest price. Colored paints may cost more or a tinting fee may apply. We are not required to take back excess purchase of items. It is up to you to make sure you order the right amount of any product. We can only guide you on the amount, as usage can vary greatly by application method that is applied, material and surface structure. No colored paint can be returned.
•Pick up is best – stock can be in damaged cans.
•Care during transportation is your responsibility. No refund on damaged deliveried stock. You should ask for insurance cover. Delivery times are generally 3-7 days from pick up, but once sent it is up to you to chase the delivery company.
•Select your colour carefully
•No refund on tinted paint
•Know which brands colour it is that you want, some colors require a special tinted primer first even if you are using a self priming paint.
•Colour will vary between products and in different light. Always test first, with any product not just paint.
•Select your quantities carefully
•Always purchase sufficient product to complete the job – spreading rates can vary depending on surface, application method and product. Always follow directions, read the manufactures website for tips, safety data sheets etc. Please follow these for the prefect results.
•Faulty product will be replaced when returned to store. But please make sure you follow directions and read them carefully before use. Always stir paint, and while using the paint. Bring reciepts from purchase.
•Liability covers product only.
Any parts and boats that are ordered a 50% down payment is to be made. This also applies to the current 10% special. Warranty must be tken up with manufacturer.
